To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:
1. How do I exchange items?
We only allow to exchange or return within 15 days after you place your order to avoid vicious exchanges and returns. Custom-Made items can not be exchanged or returned.The best way to arrange for an exchange is to Contact Our Staff who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order and send your detailed measurements, such as bust, waist and hip to Our Staff.So we can give you some advice. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. 
2. What is your address for returns or exchanges? 
We usually advice panqp customer to contact our staff before sending items back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. We'll tell you the best way to handle your returns or exchanges and what you can expect from our end. In the event if you want to return your orders, please contactus/">Contact Our Staff, we will give you more instructions how to proceed the return things.
3. Can I get a refund?
You will be eligible for a refund claim within 15 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 10% re-stocking fee. *If you can accept "receiving panqp Points" instead of Refund, we will refund the item price totally via the points to your panqp.com account(If you have used coupon,we'll deduct the coupon amount) after we receive the returning successfully.This applies ONLY for normal size items purchased at panqp retail website. Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion and Custom-Made Items are NOT eligible for cash refunds. Free shipping orders should be deducted $15.00 shipping fee from return.Shopping bonus should also be deducted for returned items. For the best arrangement, please contact our staff to serve your return request.
4. Why do I have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee for refunds? 
This is a store policy set by management. We need to charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing. 
5. Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to panqp.com?
In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. Our size charts follow US standards.
